Changes

Novianita is originally from Indonesia. In 2017, when she was at the end of her first year of high school, she got a chance to participate in a teaching volunteering program called "Pengajar Jelajah Nusa", it is a program for high school students to teach elementary students in a remote area in Indonesia for a week. During the experiencethis volunteering work, she met saw a lot of smart and passionate children who could not maximize their potential due to limited resources. It was an unfortunate reality. Novianita is passionate about personal development, not only for herself but also people around her. Seeing the reality during her volunteering experience taught her of how crucial education facilities in contributing to someone's personal development. Since then, she has a desire to contribute in accessibility for good education.

In 2019, Novianita moved to the Netherlands to pursue her Bachelor degree at the University of Twente. Beside focusing her study in Industrial Engineering and Management, she also joined AIESEC and UT Muslims associations during her first and second year. In both associations she developed her leadership skills. Moreover, her experience as a Marketing Manager in AIESEC and also member of Public Relations committee in UT Muslims gave her some foundations of marketing.
