Changes

Haruka Oizumi is a second year student in Sophia University located in Tokyo, Japan. She belongs to SPSF (Sophia Program for Sustainable Futures) Global Studies, where she studies social and global issues through the different perspectives of the SDGs.  She has a very culturally diverse background, being raised in five different places: Germany, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand. Due to the environment she was raised in, Haruka loves to travel and move around places where she can gain new experience and connections.  Haruka has an interest and passion for prejudice issues related to social identity such as gender inequality, LGBTQ+ discrimination, and racism as they are issues that reflect her experiences with her own social identity. \
