==Bio==
Iana (Yana) Mezhibovskaia is a senior at the University of Richmond majoring in Political Science and minoring in Entrepreneurship and Law and Liberal Arts. She is passionate about spreading awareness about human rights issues, specifically, human trafficking. After graduation, Yana is determined to go to law school and use the law degree to provide legal protection and fight for equal rights for those in need. She hopes to utilize the UIF program to work on projects that raise awareness/focus on the issue of human rights and develop a community of students who, just like her, are curious, passionate and ready to cultivate their knowledge and skills to help others. While studying at the University of Richmond, Yana works as a logic and semantics tutor, helping other pre law students to develop their critical and analytical skills. She also uses her creativity and passion for witting and art and works as a digital director for the University of Richmond news paper as well as for the University's marketing department. Yana is driven to help students in and outside of the University working as a cycling instructor, organizing fun themed classes and making exercising fun and exiting. In her free time, Yana enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, taking photos and develop film in a dark room as well as traveling and making new friends.
