As one of the universities with the most students spread all around Indonesia, Universitas Terbuka has a better potential to maximize the ability and the talent of its studentsby joining competitions. On the other side, having this advantage can't guarantee all the students to improve themselves. Two main problems are found. Firstly students are difficult to find other students who have the same interests because UT does not have platforms to facilitate and this leads to the next problem which is students lack of motivation to join competition. MAPRES 101 is a new platform that we offer to overcome those two problems. Basically, MAPRES 101 is a website that facilitate students to connect to each other and to find outstanding people who they can look up to or they can get inspired by.

*We will collaborate with faculty in our campus all faculties at Universitas Terbuka and ask them to shoot some problems culminating the concepts.IT teams*We will build make a website and also provide an online compiler and of MAPRES 101 *We will ask for all outstanding students' data that we can put in the website*We will post questions ask outstanding students' to make videos that are given by our faculty. Compilers can inspire other students*We will be provided for all provide a chat or a direct message and group platform in the programming languages. This makes it easier website for the students to practice codingconnect to each other.*We also will ask instructors or lecturer guide to make videos to give advise or encourage students or other lecturers*We will provide a discussion platform where Q&A feature for students can post their own questions  and others can answer them.lecturers*We will also provide questions that were asked by big MNCs such as Google, Amazon awards for outstanding students and Microsoft etc..instructors based on votes*We strongly hope that this platform will enable provide innovation box features for students and instructors to practice coding related questions and improve pour their coding skills. This will help them to secure better employment as almost all the MNCs are in a skill hunt for such experts.ideas

This platform makes coding easier for will connect students to other students with the same interests which can inspire and motivate students and also improves problem solving abilitiesto be more active in improving their talents.  This The ultimate goal of this platform is aiming at helping to increase the number of outstanding students to enhance their employability in our campus so that they will graduate with both hard skills and soft skills.
