<small>Every year he interacts with his high school students and shares his experience with school and develops new activities in his schools. One of the activities is "Hand Full of Rice " which means students can voluntarily bring a hand full of rice once in a week and drop them in a container or bag at outside the office room which was donated to orphans and old age homes.</small>
