==Bio==
LaTonja Dotson is a first-year MBA candidate at Graves School of Business of Management – Morgan State University, concentrating in Marketing. She is a first-generation college graduate. She earned a BA degree in Marketing Psychology from DePaul University, Chicago, in 2020. Her interest in marketing began when she had the opportunity to study abroad in Cuba. She learned about the legal restriction on commercial marketing and yet how the brands in Cuba are world-renowned without advertisement, all due to consumer awareness of images and culture. LaTonja works full-time at ComEd (2015-present), currently in the Marketing department. In addition to her full-time employment LaTonja is a mentor/leader to young girls living in underserved communities at Ladies of Virtue. LaTonja Dotson has one child and is married to Arthur Dotson. Hobbies include painting, knitting, traveling, movies, music, and shopping.
