<big>In general, Faculty Development Programs are running in order to bring awareness as well as to provide exposure to state-of-the-art subjects in diverse areas of science and technology and to make sure that higher education is consistently enriching. Faculty Development programs are specially designed in such a way which improves knowledge & skills through Courses/Seminars/ Symposia/ Conferences/Workshops. At MITS we have faculty who hold their Ph.Ds from reputed institutes in India & foriegn countries. Conducting such Faculty Development programs is a great breakthrough for the faculty to reflect their knowledge which proves that collaboration is far better than a competition. This results in building trust and respect among faculty in the institute. Mits emphasizes faculty members towards their Professional Growth, which individually develop their responsibilities as educators, researchers, administrators and we strongly encourage such programs.</big>
