- 2014 Malte is on a mission to put humans at the centre of innovation and entrepreneurship. He holds a B.Eng. degree in Product Developmentand a M.Sc. in Global Innovation Management. Since 2017 he pursues an industry based PhD at the Institute for Technology and Innovation Management, Hamburg University of Technology. He investigates mindsets and intentions to explain innovative behaviour (or the lack of it, for that matter). He is the Primary UIF Faculty Champion at TUHH since 2019. Furthermore, he is the User Experience Manager for the Institute's MSc. in Innovation Management. Besides driving change, he is a passionate Yogi and advocates Entrepreneurial Mindfulness. This is why he recently startet his own venture On Minds & Motion ([[www.onmindsandmotion.com]]).
