This is very interesting. Coming also from a Smaller University, our leadership circle (IIT Cohort) constantly deals with am unmotivated student body, and the disconnect between students and administration. This definitely is a helpful insight into how to start the "ball rolling" in innovation for your university. reading through it we've found great similarity between the steps taken and the ones our leadership circle has taken in the past!
