This is subject to change based on the pandemic’s status at that future time. While we wish we could have more control over the situation, we are operating and making decisions under the same extreme uncertainty as your institutions and the rest of the world. We will continue to monitor the situation and communicate with you.

We had to postpone, and then eventually cancel, the March 2020 Meetup due to the pandemic. Our plan is for all of last year’s Fellows to join your cohort at the 2021 Meetup. }}

In order to be invited to the Silicon Valley Meetup 20202021, Fellows will have to show that they've made some type of traction on their campus project/s in the four to five weeks after launch (October 28). Here's how that will work. <br><br>In December, the UIF team will send Fellows a form called an impact report so Fellows can share an update on their campus project/s. Fellows who are able to demonstrate measurable traction or learning with their projects will receive an invitation to attend the Silicon Valley Meetup, March 1918-2322, 20202021. The impact report will be due December 1311, 20192020.<br><br>
The UIF team will review Fellows' impact reports in December and early January, and will send invitations to the Meetup in mid-January. To receive an invitation to the Meetup, Fellows will need to demonstrate one of these items in impact reports:
