* A Leadership Circle is a term we use to describe student change agents on your campus, typically comprised a group of University Innovation Fellows who are working for the betterment of your campus learning opportunities. Some of you are going through training with other candidates from your campus. As such, you are part of a Leadership Circle of studentsschool.
* It sounds like an exclusive term, but we urge you to embrace it as inclusive. And, just like a circle, the more people you add, the circle just gets bigger. Some of you have multiple Leadership Circles going through training at once or may have Fellows who are already part of the program. Establish a relationship with your colleagues, both in training and with those Fellows previously trained.
* Some of you have incredible student leaders on at your campus school who have not gone through the UIF program, who can benefit from your help and who can help you. Make them part of your team. A circle is meant to expand as you attract more and more change agents to your shared mission of improving the campus ecosystem.
* The work of starting a movement is hard and intense. It will take each and every one of you to lock arms, support one another, establish a shared vision of success and strive to make a lasting impact on your campus.
