She strongly feels that students should come up with their own innovative ideas to create a learning ambience in the classrooms. The friendly interactions between the faculty and the students decide the effectiveness of the learning environment where students feel comfortable to groom their innate capabilities and enhance their skill set. According to her being self-driven, each student should take the responsibility of self as well as peers. Hence she wants to promote peer-to-peer learning activities.</span></span>
