I really like the idea of ​​organizing an innovation week. Especially the idea of ​​the 80/20 system. On the one hand the organizers don't have to do too much preparatory work, on the other hand the success of this week depends on all participants and their interests. I also think the goals are incredibly important. Working with other students or groups brings many positive things as you learn a lot from hearing different points of view and opinions. I would also be very happy if I could plan one of these innovation weeks with my fellow students.

How to organize an Innovation Week

Innovation and entrepreneurship skills are essential ingredients in building a successful Student Community.The main objective of Organising Innovation week is to empower Students with I&E skills.I like 80/20 approach ,Organisers no need to take entire activities on their shoulders .They can explore and find some group of people who have interest in gaining the knowledge of I&E and make them as their partners.So that they can easily divide the work in groups and make this event successful than they expected.we need to plan everything very carefully like budget,funds and we have to list out the requirements and resources . Promoting and advertising bring large number of participants.I would really like to appreciate the idea of organising interesting activities with full of fun through this we can make them feel better. Even the plan of giving them incentives like prizes and free food is good , by this we can attract larger audience to our innovation week .Receiving feedback from the presenters and audience will help us to improve our event and we might get good suggestions .I'm eagerly waiting to organize an Innovation week at our school.
