Female agents don't get the sufficient support and women have to face many challenges. Female agents bring a lot of changes in every industry with their ideas. And ofcourse, women have very good multitasking skills and are dedicated to their work. They have all the abilities to improve themselves in any field. To make them an effective female agent, all they should do is to be confident and believe in themselves, no matter who or what pulls them back. They should always stay strong and should be ready to face any challenges or consequences. In India women are bound by customs, they should be liberalised and set themselves free to come out of this serious problem. The only solution is education. Once the women are educated , they will grow financially independent. It is this economical dependency that pulls down most of the Indians.
