At Marquette University, Rebecca works in the Office of Student Development as a Program Assistant for the 250+ student organization's on campus. She acts to provide the organizations with the necessary resources in order to grow and develop to their full potential. Rebecca has also been apart of leadership programs on campus called Students Taking Active Rolls (S.T.A.R.) and Leadershape where she has advanced her leadership skills that are now used in and out of the classroom. From her experience as a program assistant and her knowledge from the leadership programs, Rebecca created her own club on campus called Love the Skin You're In, which focuses on promoting confidence within young women.

Outside of Marquette, Rebecca was selected as one of 75 students from 24 colleges and universities in Southeast Wisconsin to be apart of an entreprenerial-based skills accelerator program called The Commons that focuses on diving deep into customer discovery, ideation, product development, business models, sales and more, to solve real-world problems. After the Commons, she was asked to be Project Manager at a non-profit called Startup Milwaukee. In November, she planned Milwaukee's very first Startup Week, which was a week long event focused on bringing entrepreneurs, investors, local leaders and startup enthusiasts together to build entrepreneurial momentum in Southeast Wisconsin. Over 2,600 people attended the event, and Rebecca was thrilled with the outcome. She has already started planning for 2017.
