Fellow:Michael Huonder
Michael Huonder is a graduated Business Engineer (BSc & BEng (Hons)) and works as an Assistant at the Institute of Innovation and Technology Management. He is currently doing his MSc in Business Engineering and Production. He takes special interest in developing new products, services and business models with new technologies. With his practical background as a mechanical designer, he combines analytical problem-solving skills with academic knowledge and likes to adapt to new challenges and opportunities in our interconnected world. He sees the ability to develop empathy for the customer as an essential skill for the future by combining the possibilities through new technologies with customer needs to provide new products and services.
