He also has hobbies of sailing, hiking, running, biking and CrossFit. He was also a recipient of the IB diploma and was involved in the outreach and planning team for his churches youth group.
After coming to Clemson freshman year, Gabriel became very involved with the DEN, a UIF initiative, where he was introduced to UIF by other students who were UIFs and faculty who supported the program. After his freshman year, Gabriel became an intern for the DEN over the summer and is taking over this year as the student leader for the DEN.
In high school, Gabriel became very interested in entrepenuraship and innovation. This is one of the reasons that lead him to joining the DEN at Clemson.
