Shawn Venti is a University Innovation Fellow and is currently a senior studying computer engineering at the University of New Hampshire (UNH). His specific interests lie in the Internet of Things and Human Computer Interactions. In addition to his course work Shawn is the founder and current president of TechX which is a community for technological ventures at UNH.

Shawn is interested in growing the community of individuals involved in innovation and entrepreneurial pursuits as much as possible across all disciplines. He plans to accomplish this by continuing to grow his community within TechX and outreach to different colleges to increase the diversity of the group.

Outside of school Shawn currently works as an IoT Engineer at a local technology company. His main purpose within this position is to investigate and develop new IoT systems that can align with future business developments within the company.
