Michael Frazzetta is a Spring 2015 University Innovation Fellow Applicant. Double Majoring in Psychology and Business Management, Michael attends
Rockhurst University, Kansas City, Missouri. Creativity and Innovation are Michael’s biggest passions. Michael hopes to reform education, implementing creativity in the way teachers convey their subjects. Michael hopes to show students that innovation is necessary in today’s competitive work force.
Michael has shown many attributes of leadership since his start at Rockhurst. Michael led his team to victory at the OneDayKC startup competition. Michael continued to work on his startup throughout the summer and still does today. Michael was the Pledge Class President, and eventually the Sergeant at Arms, of the Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity. Michael help start two organizations on campus: Innovate at the Rock and Future Business Leaders of America.
Michael spends his free time doing many things. Playing guitar and writing music are two of Michael’s favorite hobbies. Playing music helps Michael to relax after a busy day. Michael also enjoys playing sports with his friends, especially basketball and throwing the frisbee.
In the future, Michael hopes to work in the business field with a psychological perspective. Michael wants to go into consulting and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Michael hopes to use the tools he gains from University Innovation Fellows to impact the career field that he chooses.
