Mandi Johnson is a University Innovation Fellow and an undergraduate study studying Accounting and Business Administration at Western State Colorado University. Mandi is originally from Pleasanton, California, where she lived until 2015 when she moved to Gunnison, Colorado for college at Western State. After exploring the business school, she discovered the ICE club, Innovation Creativity and Entrepreneurship, and from there discovered The University Innovation Fellows program. Mandi Johnson has always been interested in entrepreneurship and someday wants to start her own business. From a very young age Mandi has always enjoyed sewing and creating fun new things. She is also very involved with outdoor activities such as snowboarding. She is very interested in expanding her knowledge about sewing and incorporating into creating outdoor apparel. She thinks creating ski and snowboard jackets would be a great accomplishment. Mandi hopes to gain more knowledge and learn from her peers about entrepreneurship through the University Innovation Fellows.
