Juan is especially fascinated with the intersection of logistics and engineering, where he can develop his “T” skills – a deeper understanding of supply network operations while broadening his base of problem-solving skills within engineering.

Juan's passion for design thinking and innovative value creation has led him to many leadership positions on campus, such as Director of Data Analytics with Ohio Union Activities Board (OUAB), Vice President of Fundraising with Delta Sigma Pi Professional Fraternity, and Vice President of Marketing with IRIS. This Summer, Juan is thrilled to be interning at Procter & Gamble headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio with the Supply Network Operations branch of the company.

Juan is originally from Caracas, Venezuela, where he grew up speaking both Spanish and English. He aims to be trilingual in the future and is currently studying the Italian language. This passion has driven him to study abroad in Italy, as well as travel to several countries in Europe, Asia, and South America. In 2019 Juan will return to Italy for a full semester study abroad, where he aims to master his fluency in the Italian language and explore as many corners of Europe as possible.
