I am a Business Administration student with a focus in Entrepreneurship and minors in Media and Music. I am driven by a passion for human-centered innovation and workplace transformation. I believe the future of business lies in reimagining how organizations function, not just creating user-friendly products, but fostering environments that empower the people behind them.
My experience in consulting, startup ideation, and teaching music has shaped my approach to leadership and creativity. Through my studies, I have developed strong analytical and research skills, along with an ability to see the big picture and turn ideas into actionable strategies that prioritize both performance and well-being.
Entrepreneurship is at the heart of my vision. I aspire to build a company that advises organizations on how to make their workplaces more efficient by investing in their greatest asset: their people. By blending empathy with strategy, I aim to help businesses realize that success is sustainable only when humans and systems grow together.
