Cade Wolcott studied Computer Science and IT innovation and graduated with his Bachelors degree in May 2020. At UNO, Cade was heavily involved in Student Government, serving as a senator and Student Court justice. He also served on the leadership council of his scholarship program, the Walter Scott, Jr. Scholarship.
Cade was trained as a University Innovation Fellow in Fall 2019. As a fellow Cade worked alongside peers to design initiatives to improve student agency and representation at his university.
Cade is passionate about the intersection of technology, ethics, and humanities. He loves learning about artificial intelligence, project management, teamwork, creativity, leadership, and innovative trends in higher education. Cade loves public speaking and has facilitated several discussions on topics such as mental health and anxiety, artificial intelligence, higher education, and design thinking. Cade enjoys playing guitar, reading, tinkering with technology, and creating mediocre pottery.
