Britney Reynolds is a sophomore majoring in Psychology and Management Information Systems with a minor in American Sign Language at the University of Connecticut. Britney is a peer mentor in the Innovation House learning community. She became a peer mentor because it gives her a platform to help other students explore their dreams and passions through the many innovative and creative resources available on my campus. Britney became a UIF fellow because she wanted to play a role in building the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem on my campus starting with students in their first year. This is because she want every student on our campus efficiently utilize their four years on campus, while learning hands on and creative skills to make them successful during and after college.
