Ashlin's love of innovation began when she entered an invention comeptition in the 4th grade for her school district. Although her invention of length adjustable camping clothes did not place, she continued to journal her invention ideas until she had the opportunity to pursue a few in college. Ashlin first discovered I&E at Tech through the Eagle Works entrepreneurship competition which is a bit like Shark Tank!

As VP of the Social Entrepreneurship Society, she enjoys learning how to address global issues through entrepreneurship and innovative thinking. Ashlin is thrilled to get to know other Fellows and help increase IP awareness and the number of students utilizing the innovation center at TTU! As a UIF, she enjoys working with Tech Fellows on I&E activities like pop-ups, Rush UIF, and recently, the first makeathon!

If Ashlin isn't on campus you can find her with her family and friends, or out seeking adventure! Scuba-diving and waterskiing are two of her favorite things to do, as well as crafting, and gardening in the recyclable greenhouse she built from 1,500 two liter coke bottles.
