Through the end of this article there was an important part that I would like to comment on. They talked about communication and the level that your audience is at. I believe that it is super important to hit the level of understanding so you are not speaking over someone's head or dumbing it down to the point where it is not needed. Understanding how to meet people where they are at is massively important for the ability to connect on the same level.

In terms of being a badass there is really awesome techniques and hints that can translate into any field of work. The way of thinking and going about issues or new innovation can seem more tame if taken and broken down. It makes the UIF program more applicable to everyone in any major across the board which is exciting for me and many other participants.
