Avian Richardson is a Industrial and System Engineer junior at Morgan State University. Her concentration is in robotics and manufacturing. She was born in Dallas, Texas. She now live in Maryland. There is a funny story of how she became interested in engineering. One of her favorite animes (Japanese cartoon) is Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. The supporter character was a mechanic and build a metal arm for the main character. Avian thought that she was the coolest person on the show. That without the supporter character, there would be no show. Since then, Avian knew that she wanted to build a mechanic arm. Avian wants to create and invent things that will help people lives. Avian join Innovation Fellows to learn how to be innovative.
