= Purpose =<span idp style="docstext-internalalign: justify;">Globsyn Skills Development (P) Limited, a ‘not-guidonly-815d2208for-dfb3profit’, Social Enterprise, in association with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has the aim of grooming 1 million youth in the next 10 years. This organisation was set up to facilitate the development and upgrading of the skills of the growing Indian workforce through skill training programmes to fill skill gaps in the Indian workforce providing them with better placement opportunities.
