               Tactic One (11/30/17): Refine the proposed resource through demonstrations. This will involve recruiting students to attend and utilize the resource followed by gathering feedback.
               Mile Market Marker 2 (12/30/17): Have a ready to implement program ready for launch that has been proven through testing.
Stage 3: Pursuit and Sustain
Get the new resource running smoothly and effectively. Constantly consider feedback and closely work with the end users.
               Mile Market Marker 3 (1/31/18): Get featured in a newsletter.
