Very good text, I am glad to know that the tools uif delivers, will be useful in the future at work. Especially if they will be of help to understand the needs or inconveniences of the clients, I think it is something very important and difficult to achieve. I also loved the phrase about the importance of listening to learn, so wise! So I hope to became a badass same day haha.

I think that this article is badass. The fact that I can take these skills from design thinking and social innovation into my career in the future? Amazing. Reading through this article, I found it intriguing that the process is ongoing as opposed to traditional learning styles.
