Bio

Hello, I'm Alan San Miguel and I'm a current sophomore Business Scholar triple-majoring in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Management at Baylor University. As also the VP of Leadership Development at Baylor's Scholars of Finance and a University Innovation Fellow, I'm very passionate about bettering the lives of those around me and passionate about helping equip the next generation of ethical leaders in business.

I've honed my skills through hands-on experience in student leadership, collaboration with key faculty stakeholders, and entrepreneurial ventures, working with peers to drive initiatives in reducing food waste for example, that have since taken effect in all of Baylor's dining halls. Furthermore, and in my capacity as an executive at Baylor's Scholars of Finance, I've crafted and led high-impact workshops for 50+ students that seek to equip peers with skills related to leadership, ethics, financial skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
