<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium;">Crystal Blankenship is a University Innovation Fellow and a Chemical Engineering student at Texas Tech University. She works as a Raider Ringer on behalf of the Office of Annual Giving at Texas Tech. She has previous work experience as a Chemistry Tutor and a Chemistry Scholar Assistant. Crystal is from Los Angeles, California where she lived until 2014 when she moved to Lubbock, Texas to study at Texas Tech University and become a University Innovation Fellow. As a lifetime Girl Scout, Crystal has developed leadership skills and creativity through years of rigorous training and activities. Also, through Girl Scouts, Crystal has realized the importance of community and involvement. This community encourages Crystal every day to pursue education and other endeavors. Crystal actively participates in community service projects and workshops for the development of young girls.</span>
