Student have been trying for a few years to have more of a push for I&E on campus. It proved difficlult as clubs and student organizations that were formed, either died out or had very low to no attendence. Recently, a devoted group of individuals has come together to create a new innovation based student organization known as The Brain Trust.
In The main goal of the Brain Trust at IUPUI is to provide an effort environment for students to get bring ideas into action. Although this student organization has only been around for one semester, these 12 students have already begun the ball rolling from process of bringing a designated innovation space to IUPUI and are now in the student end towards improving IUPUI's innovative mindsetplanning stages with faculty to develop a lasting entrepreneurial structure on campus. The Brain Trust's first effort t was Beyond that, they hope to apply continue to the University Innovation Fellows program bring students from very fragmented backgrounds and disciplines together to focus on singular projects to gain the knowlledge improve and know how contribute to most effectively change the campus landscapeIUPUI.
