Sebastián was born and raised in Piriápolis,a small city in the coastside.Since a young age,he's involved in his community,having volunteered in service organizations such as Interact, Rotary's International club for young people.
Since he is a good student,and due Due to his grades,he was Flag Bearer both at school and highschool and a part of the Honour Roll at his highschool.

==Bio==
Sebastián is a motivated student from Uruguay. He is interested in political and economic international issues, and also he is really into the stock markethas a keen interest in financial markets.
Right know he is participating in the "Euromodelo Joven 2021",a program by the Delegation of the European Union in Uruguay, which consists of a leadership training program for university students that seeks to bring the institutions of the European Union closer to young people and to train future decision-makers.
