==Bio==
Ömer Tarık İnce was born and raised in Istanbulİstanbul/Kadıköy in 2002. He completed his high school at [https://haydarpasalisesi.meb.k12.tr Haydarpaşa High School] and then he got into [https://itu.edu.tr Istanbul Technical University] and he is studying environmental engineering at ITU since October 2020.
During his freshman year in high school, he joined the school's handball team and played there for two years. Besides that he joined his school’s MUN society as an IT member. In his second year, his eagerness to take more responsibilities pushed him to design a poster for MUN society without knowing anything about photo editing software. His failure at this task helped him to enroll in a Photoshop course in our school. After the course he took a significant role as a designer/IT in his school which resulted in him being Director of the IT team in MUN society and Director of the Media team in Haydarpaşa Sportsfest. Besides student societies he formed the school's music band with his friends as a rhythm guitarist but he resigned to pursue his path in student societies.
After he got into ITU he joined his university’s entrepreneurship society and was an event founder & coordinator for entrepreneurship training and a competition called Innovation Boost. After the event he took an active role in the society's other events and he became the society's chairman in the same year. During his time as a chairman he and his team planned the next year and hosted a summit in September and then he resigned from his position in October.
However, he joined the [http://ginova.itu.edu.tr ITU GINOVA] (Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship) as an assistant student. He took an active role in EU projects and in many events like Startup Huddle İstanbul, EELISA Research-based Learning Symposium I, Tuesday Talks and Failure Week etc. And he continues to be a part of İTU GINOVA.

He took an active role participated in EU projects a program called Fire Up Changemakers and was nominated for the UIF program due to his success in many events like Startup Huddle İstanbulthe program. His acquaintance with After becoming a UIF Ömer Tarık, founded the [https://www.instagram.com/ituchangemaker/ İTÜ Changemaker Society] (which he mentioned in his blog in Change Forward Journal) for students to imagine a new reality by cultivating, empowering and brining changemakers together at İstanbul Technical University Innovation Fellows program is the result of him being in ITU GINOVA, and inspired many other universities to form their own. He participated was instrumental in a program called Fire Up Changemakers the selection of the next fellows at his school with the Delta Changemaker Program, which he designed and coordinated. Also he was nominated responsible for the designing and overseeing Let's Innomind program with collabration of Organik Kimya which sponsors UIF program due in İTU, and organizing many workshops, tea talks, and leading meetings. The society continues to serve as a roof where UIFs and other students can come together to develop meaningful projects at his success in the programschool.
MoreoverÖmer Tarık, who sees community management as a hobby, he is currently working on the advisory board of [https://toplum50University Changemaker Network, which will connect Changemaker Communities at other universities.org Society 5.0 Academy]On the other hand, member of Haydarpaşa High School Alumni Association he started his career as a Sustainability Analyst with his first internship experience and consultant to Haydarpaşa Entrepreneurship Society. Also he additionally is working on his startup (idea stage) a start-up with his friend from high schoolfriend about GHG emission calculations.
==Achievements==He represented UIF and Changemaker Society in many gatherings of Türkiye Entrepreneurship, Change and Impact ecosystems and wants be contribute more in the future.
He aims to create a meaningful impact on climate change financing and policy in the future.
