==Bio==
<br/> Martin Silva is a student at the Catholic University of Uruguay, currently pursuing his second degree in Computer Science. After studying and graduating in Business Administration, he decided to transition entirely. This shift was not just academic; in his actual job, he transitioned from leading a human resources department to becoming a programmer in just a matter of months.
Martin also has an entrepreneurial background, which sparked a significant interest in becoming a UI fellow. He was incubated at the university's innovation center called IThaKa(IthaKa), which supported his startup venture in 2020. While the project didn't thrive over the years, his drive for innovation and unique approaches remains steadfast. He is clear about his future aspirations: he wants to address and solve societal problems again. Additionally, he was one of the founding members of the university's entrepreneurship club back in 2019, alongside other students. Whenever time allows, Martin is always keen on hearing fresh ideas and attending as many related events as possible.
