Her schooling took place in Kolhapur, Maharashtra as well as Belgaum, Karnataka which made her realise that even though there can be a change in the education system across different states, the approach remains the same. Ergo, she strives to be a catalyst to bring about change in the way of approach towards education.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"> </p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:arial During her Bachelors, she cultivated a biting interest in Data Science,helveticaBig Data Management,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:larger;">She has an affinity for Data Science Mining, Design and Analysis of Algorithms, Cryptography and Machine learningNetwork security. She believes it is currently working on developing easier to master concepts when you understand them from a software that practical viewpoint, so her foremost aim is to figure out how they can predict whether a foundry casting will be defective or notapplied to solve real-world problems. Her affinity for Data Science began in her 2nd year when she interned at an IT consultants company. She has also performed Cyclic analysis on Foundry ERP and developed a data visualisation interface for a Foundry that aids in business process optimisation and allows , allowing users to make quicker decisions to maximise profitability. Thereafter, she engaged herself in various hobby projects and certifications to learn more about this domain. After acquiring knowledge about algorithms and the concepts of Data Science and Data Mining, she implemented it into her capstone project “Reduction in Rejections in the Casting process using Predictive Analysis”. The software intends to provide a prediction scenario for rejections based on the training data sets accumulated over time.  She is a part of the Rotaract Club Belgaum Central. For the year 2017-18, she served as the International Service Director where her primary focus was on and as the Professional Service Director for the International events, to plan 2019-20 tenure. She planned out activities and projects that promote these events among people via Rotaract. She served as the Professional Service Director for the 2019-20 tenure , and her focus was to arrange arranged programs designed to provide information about a wide cross-section of businesses and entrepreneurs. She received the 'Best Professional Service Project' for the RI year 2019-2020 from the Belgaum zone. She and is currently the Secretary of the club for the year 2020-21. She is also  As a part of University Innovation Fellow, she worked with the Institute Innovation Council where she organises organised events to create awareness about Innovation, creativity and collaborative thinking to for all the young minds on campus. She loves organising events as she enjoys communicating with people and getting to know them.</span></span> </p><p style=conducted an event called "text-align: justify;Mindkraft"></p><p style="textfor students to introspect and understand their knowledge about Finance followed by a 2-align: justify;"><span style="fontday Business Conference and introduced the students to the concepts of the stock market, Indian economy, investments, mutual funds, and business start-family:arialups. She participated in the d.challenge and was chosen to conduct Design Thinking workshops for the attendees of the National Entrepreneurship Summit 2020 at the National Institute of Technology,helveticaRourkela. As a part of UIF vs Corona,sans-serif;her team launched a mental health campaign called "><span style=I survive I serve life"font-size:larger;">She is an ardent readerand collaborated with NGOs in India and Lebanon for the same. The entire notion built around the very idea of Mental Health has been imprinted in the minds of so many people. She enjoys reading fictionwants to bring about a change by sharing survivor stories, hosting webinars, magical realismeducating people, crime sensitising the issue and thrillerultimately de-stigmatising mental health. Arctic Monkeys is hands down her favourite band.&nbsp; She has always been creative and very articulate about her thoughts. She considers formulating her thoughts empathy as one of her my strongest points point which is why she maintains a reflected in her blog where she writes about human emotions since they that people feel apprehensive to speak volumes to herabout. She is a proud Published Co-Author of the Anthology called INARA. She goes by the pen name 'Reeth Rajas', Rajas being her late father's name.
