At Bucknell, Caitlyn is the president of the Society of Women Engineers as well as a member of the Engineering Student Board, a group that works with administration and alumni to enhance students' experiences in Bucknell's College of Engineering. Through her work in both these groups she was able to design an event in 2020 that brought over 40 Girl Scouts to Bucknell's campus to gain more exposure to engineering. She also serves in several mentoring roles through her work as a Junior Fellow, an upperclassmen student who plans community events for first year students in the residential college program, and as a Garman Guide, an upperclassmen mentor to first year engineering students. Outside of academics, she enjoys participating in and choreographing for Bucknell's dance showcase and is pursuing a dance minor in addition to her engineering degree.
