Sai's professional journey began in 2023 as a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter at Koya Consultancy Inc., where he managed bench sales and client relationships while sourcing candidates through various job portals, including Dice, Monster, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter. His role involved thorough candidate screening, negotiating salary and benefits, and updating candidate submissions on platforms like Cei-pal. During his tenure, he gained expertise in handling various U.S. visas such as OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC, and developed proficiency in Boolean search techniques for sourcing talent.

In September 2024, Sai transitioned to Katalyst HealthCare’s & Life Sciences Inc. as a US Healthcare Recruiter, focusing on sourcing candidates for roles in the Quality Engineering and Validation domains. He continued to expand his knowledge in U.S. visa and tax terminology, managed vendor relationships, and contributed to the development of recruiting strategies in the healthcare sector. Additionally, he gained hands-on experience working with implementation partners and prime vendors.

Before entering the staffing industry, Sai worked as an Associate Analyst with GlobalLogic (May 2021–Aug 2021), where he contributed to projects as a remote intern.
