Stefanos is a third-year Mechanical Engineering student at the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a passion in the application of robotics, computer vision and artificial intelligence for social impact. As a Design Bloc staff member, an undergraduate research assistant at the Computer Science department and a roboticist, Stefanos aspires to become an innovation consultant that inspires companies to adopt the design thinking mindset in developing human-centered solutions.

He has studied abroad twice at Georgia Tech Lorraine in France, and interned at Technical University of Munich in Germany. Through his time in Europe, he came to realize the minimum number of ventures in social entrepreneurship. As a member of the executive team at OpenIDEO Atlanta Chapter at Georgia Tech, he aspires to spread the mindset of design thinking and inspire more engineers, computer scientists and mathematicians to pursue social ventures instead of for-profit start-ups.His hobbies include animation, photography, soccer and bicycle riding, but he is always keen in exploring new hobbies along the way!

Stefanos is a Candidate for Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, who is passionate about the intersection between creative mechanical design, robotics and human-centered design; in pursuit of this unique intersection, his vision is to design and deploy robots for social impact
