 Venkata Srivatsa Srikar Naredla is an University Innovation Fellow from '''spring 2017'''  .He is an undergraduate studying Mechanical Engineering at RVR & JC college of engineering,Guntur.He is a native of Visakhapatnam but studied in various parts of Andhra Pradesh and Telengana states by which he came across pros and cons in the educational system. In 2016 he shifted to Guntur for his graduation where he gained an opportunity become a University Innovation Fellow.[[File:IMG 20170312 180414-min.jpg]]
 
  
He is a member of RAJMEA,an innovation club for mechanical engineers in his college and takes part in engaging and conducting workshops.He loves reading fiction by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Ian Flemming.His other interests are watching movies and to go with his interest,he is working on film making, as he feels that movies have a great impact on individuals. His feelings of patriotism and passion made him attend interviews and meetings for defence services.

Srikar Naredla is a Mechanical Engineer from RVR&JC College of Engineering, Guntur. His schooling went on in many places across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana which helped him understand the education system and aspired him to be an activist for change in higher education.
