Caleb Carr is a student studying Neuroscience at the University of Colorado Denver. His goal is to eventually go to Medical school to become an intensivist and a researcher. He is originally from Auckland, New Zealand but lived in Portland, Oregon for the majority of his life. In his time at the University of Colorado Denver, Caleb has involved himself in 3 research projects involving rescue helicopters, optogenetics, and Graft Vs. Host Disease. These research opportunities have driven him to become a UI fellow and pursue a MD/PhD program. He has also been actively a part of the student life on campus as an executive chair of student government and the universities mascot.
