== 9.speak up ==
We have to speak up, because if we don't speak we'll never know what is advantages and disadvantages of that work. If we speak to more people we will collect a lot of information from them. Even if we got at least one useful thing from one person that will help us a lot. If something is on your mind, speak up and let him know. You have to decide if it's important enough to speak up.
