Bio
“Use your heart, your courage, your vision to fix, to heal, to connect, to empathize. Because living life for something bigger than yourself is a hero’s journey.”
Tomo is a childlike dreamer and stubborn optimist, an amateur permaculturist, with a deep curiosity towards the world of pottery, and a love for baking. In the human world, he is an innovation strategist, designer and educator, working at the intersection of research and design. Currently he is based in Tokyo, and part of the team building the new College of Design at University of Tokyo and is a Designer & Researcher with the U-Tokyo DLX Design Lab at the Institute of Industrial Science, University of Tokyo.
