She joined the UIF family her freshman year! She is currently a part of the Market Menlo College Campaign, a campaign, and a course led by Andy Cunnigham. In this course, she has learned and gained a deep understanding of fundamental marketing concepts, and alongside her peers have built a marketing campaign with Alumni engagement focus. She is also a part of the student-led incentives on campus such as Techstars Startup Weekend and TEDx Menlo College. Alongside three other peers, they have relaunched the Rotaract Club at Menlo College! Esther also serves a Resident Assistant, where alongside 18 other RA's they serve as mentors for students, host events and of course, enforce residence hall policies.</span></span></span>
