In 2010 David was accepted into the&nbsp;[http://pavlisinstitute.mtu.edu/ <span style="letter-spacing: 0px; color: rgb(4, 46, 238);">Pavlis Institute for Global Technological Leadership.</span>]&nbsp;The Pavlis Institute is a 25 credit leadership institute that focuses on empowering students with the necessary tools to be successful in a globalized society. The program culminates into a 5 week international experience where students travel to India, Ghana, or Malta unsupervised by Michigan Tech faculty / staff to implement and lead projects.</span></span></span>
