Will Papper is a student at [[Washington University in St. Louis. He is double majoring |Washington University in a combined program of Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology and Computer Science. He started programming at the age of 13. He co-founded his first online venture at the age of 14, which grew via word of mouth to over 5,000 users.
