Lets bring by bringing awareness and culture to our their campus. The college seems to be more University is well-known for getting placing engineers into Fortune 500 companies , but not many of them are known for great startups of start-ups on the Entrepreneur entrepreneurial-side of the engineering world. So Because of this, the club was formed as Rose Innovative Student Entrepreneurs also , known as RISE! </span></div><div>=== Needs Need and Goals ===<div>The goal of the organization RISE! is to create a group that will be able with the ability to accomplish things tasks quickly , as well as bringing in develop a network that to explore the startup start-up world and have a great way to gather resources for other fellow “RISE” members in the years to come. The need was formed after feelers went out and over 60 students responded right away. The need was there, they and students were able to find out that the students identified on campus that did in fact want an Entrepreneurship entrepreneurship group to help bounce around ideas off of and also create a cohesive group. The idea was to show a different path for students who wanted to take not always is the a more innovative route rather than graduating and working for a big company path the best for most students but others may want to follow an innovative path.<br/></div><div style="text-align: right"> <br/></div><div>=== Academic permission Permission (Steps to be a Club) ===</div>-#Application to be on Probation.</div><div><br/></div><div>-#Probation period- must budget finances for the year, present the clubs constitution as well as create procedures on how the meetings will be conducted. </div><div><br/></div><div>#Club status confirmed </div><div><br/></div><div>-#Promote and start gaining supporters </div>=== Support ===<div>RISE !'s main advisor is a retired professor that pointed connected the main leaders to other active professorson campus. These types of people are going to further the organization more than if you get and strive to make it a couple of your closest friends they will lose ambition for the club and eventually leave the group all together in most casessuccess. </divspan>=== Launch ===<div>RISE startup ! has launched with the help of fliers with tons of , emails and follow-up emails, persistent but not the perfect amount of persistance (without being annoying, having ) and good talks with people having conversations and peaking conversations with peaking people’s interestthat peak others interests. They have created booths to get their clubs idea and vision out into the eyes of their campus. Once you put the seed into the mind of others , advertising then becomes can become viral!.</div>=== Lessons learned Learned and tips Tips for others ==Others =<div>Administration needs *To meet with administration you need to know how to they operate, ; be confident and know how to get things done.
