[[File:Fotolu.jpg|thumb]]Lucía Rodríguez is a University Innovation Fellow training candidate since Spring 2018 and an undergraduate student studying to be an Accountant at “Universidad deMontevideo” de Montevideo” in Uruguay. In fact, she is also studying Business and Administration and therefore, hopefully, she would obtain a double degree. Lucía is originally from Florida, a small town located a hundred kilometers away from Montevideo, Uruguay`s capital city, where she lived until 2016 when she moved to Montevideo in order to attend university. There, she was exposed to the University Innovation Fellows programand had the opportunity to attend the 2018 Meetup. Since then her life changed, she feels motivated and she is actually starting empowered to improve the collaborative environment at her training for campus together with the spring 2018 UIF meetinggrowing crew of fellows.
