Fellow:Srikar Naredla

 Venkata Srivatsa Srikar Naredla is an University Innovation Fellow from spring 2017  .He is an undergraduate studying Mechanical Engineering at RVR & JC college of engineering,Guntur.He is a native of Visakhapatnam but studied in various parts of Andhra Pradesh and Telengana states by which he came across pros and cons in the educational system. In 2016 he shifted to Guntur for his graduation where he gained an opportunity become a University Innovation Fellow.

He is a member of RAJMEA,an innovation club for mechanical engineers in his college and takes part in engaging and conducting workshops.He loves reading fiction by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Ian Flemming.His other interests are watching movies and to go with his interest,he is working on film making, as he feels that movies have a great impact on individuals. His feelings of patriotism and passion made him attend interviews and meetings for defence services. 

Bringing a sustainable change in education system is his passion and he believes that it is only a student who can change the world.

This belief made him and his team of UIFs launch "E-club" a club that promotes innovation and entrepreneurship on his campus and is organising workshops,talks and other challenging events to prove that " an Engineer is him/herself an innovator". 

Being a high functioning sociopath,he dreams for a nation where no infant craves for milk,no youngster is deprieved of minimum education and no youth goes door to door knocking for a job.He is an ambassador for the Andhra Pradesh Stae Skill Development Corporation(APSSDC) and joined forces with his fellow fellows Ajay varma and Siddharth Mondreti in their statups to promote design thinking.

He loves in engaging in discussions and has a lot of friends and works on a motto to enjoy every moment of his life.
